Job summary

ASC in San Antonio seeks an FCRA Director to provide strategic oversight of the credit union's FCRA and SCRA programs, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory alignment across the enterprise.

You will lead governance structures, manage data furnishing and dispute resolution, and partner with regulators, auditors, and internal teams to drive risk-aware decisions. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to guide the Compliance Management System and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; combined financial institution and compliance experience preferred.
• 7+ years in FI compliance; 13 years in lieu of degree acceptable.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Experience with compliance reporting, data analytics, and issue management.
• Knowledge of ASCII, CDIA, CRRG, Metro 2 reporting, and SCRA.
• FCRA data furnishers certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for FCRA, SCRA, and data furnishing programs.
• Lead governance structures, policies, and risk management alignment.
• Serve as primary regulator liaison; respond to exams and inquiries.
• Provide executive reporting on program performance and remediation status.
• Manage Credit Accuracy and FCRA Program Teams and staff.
