Job summary

Hub or Dub in the United States seeks a FCRA Compliance Specialist to own day-to-day compliance across product, operations, and reporting flows, partnering with counsel and engineering on permissible-purpose gating, adverse action, and dispute timelines.

You will audit workflows for FCRA and state-law compliance; review certifications and flows; maintain policy documentation and training; and track regulatory developments to translate them into concrete product requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in consumer reporting compliance
• Working knowledge of the FCRA and common state analogs
• Experience with dispute and reinvestigation operations
• Based in the United States and authorized to work
