Zusammenfassung

SentiLink is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to build and own the FCRA compliance program and manage consumer dispute and reinvestigation activities. You will partner with Engineering and Product to design controls, policies, and scalable processes as we grow.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in consumer financial services compliance with hands-on FCRA experience, strong writing skills, and the ability to operate independently in an early-stage environment. US work authorization is required.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in consumer financial services compliance, with hands-on FCRA experience at a consumer reporting agency.
• Experience building a compliance program from scratch or substantially rebuilding an existing one.
• Direct experience operating a dispute and reinvestigation function, including turnaround management.
• Strong writing: able to produce policies, procedures, and client diligence responses.
• Comfortable as a lone contributor in an early-stage environment, performing operational work before a team or tooling exists.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and live in the United States.
• Preferred: JD, CRCM, CIPP-US, or CAMS; experience at a nationwide specialty CRA; Metro 2 and e-OSCAR fluency; CFPB examinations, state AG inquiries, or FCRA litigation; background in identity, fraud, or alternative data.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain the FCRA compliance program, including policies, procedures, training, monitoring, and testing.
• Run consumer dispute intake, reinvestigation, file disclosures, and fraud alert management.
• Design and enforce permissible purpose controls, onboarding, certification, and recertification.
• Establish procedures to ensure maximum accuracy and demonstrate effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to replace manual processes with tooling as volume grows.
• Serve as the compliance point of contact for client risk diligence and regulatory matters.
• Own consumer complaint handling across CFPB and state channels and feed insights back into product.
