Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Procurement Manager for Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) in the United States to lead strategic sourcing for critical infrastructure, including warehouse facilities, construction and engineering services, and labor. You will help shape the procurement strategy to scale our e-commerce logistics network.

You will own the full sourcing lifecycle, negotiate multi-year contracts, collaborate with Legal on complex deals, and manage supplier performance. Travel up to 25% to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience, with indirect procurement focus.
• Proven track record of leading complex negotiations and multi-million dollar contracts.
• Experience with full strategic sourcing lifecycle: category strategy, RFx, supplier performance.
• Willingness to travel to project sites up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for key categories including leases and facility services.
• Lead end-to-end RFx processes and supplier communications.
• Negotiate high-value, multi-year contracts and coordinate with Legal on complex agreements.
• Establish and manage CLM with KPIs/SLAs, renewals, and change orders.
• Build and maintain supplier governance, conduct business reviews, and manage risks.
