Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible experience managing or supervising an FBO.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with aircraft fueling operations and fuel quality control.
• Experience with commercial into-plane fueling and contractual turn-times.
• Budget preparation and financial accountability experience.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to pass TSA and security checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily FBO operations including aircraft marshalling, towing, parking, and ground support services.
• Establishes SOPs for line and customer service; updates them as equipment and regulations change.
• Coordinates with airport operations, security, TSA, CBP on joint-use ramp issues.
• Manages fuel receipt, storage, testing, and dispensing for Jet A/100LL; maintains quality records.
• Prepares and monitors annual FBO operating and capital budgets; reports variances.
• Oversees staff scheduling, training, safety, and regulatory compliance.
