Job summary

Jet Aviation invites qualified professionals to join our Fixed Base Operator (FBO) team at the West Palm Beach, FL location. This on-site role supports aircraft, crews, and passengers with safety, precision, and exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with a dedicated team across shifts, with training and a robust operational framework to ensure flawless flight support and a premium guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED minimum.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Basic English communication (B1+).
• Preferably at least one year of mechanical experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely handling aircraft ground operations, including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment.
• Delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities.
• Maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies to safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and promptly reporting hazards or issues.
