Front Desk Concierge — KVRB Private FBO (Luxury Aviation Services)

Location: Vero Beach, FL

Full Time: Monday - Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (June to September). October to May: Monday - Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Six days per week during the season with an additional monthly bonus.

Compensation: Starting pay $16 per hour with annual increases and bonus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist pilots, passengers, and crew with professionalism and grace
• Coordinate arrivals, departures, and ground services with precision
• Manage reservations, manifests, and concierge requests
• Liaise with line service, dispatch, and security teams to ensure seamless operations
• Uphold confidentiality and deliver concierge-level service tailored to elite clientele

• Prior experience in FBO, luxury hospitality, or private aviation
• Impeccable communication and organizational skills
• Calm under pressure, with a proactive and polished demeanor
• Tech-savvy and familiar with scheduling, CRM, or aviation software
