Job summary

Jet Aviation's West Palm Beach FBO is seeking a Customer Service Agent to be the welcoming first point of contact for passengers and crew, coordinating service requests and ensuring a smooth, polished experience in a fast-moving aviation environment.

You will communicate with warmth and professionalism, stay organized as priorities shift, and help transportation and catering arrangements while collaborating with internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or other customer-facing roles is valuable.
• Familiarity with aviation or service-oriented environments is a plus.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

At our FBO in West Palm Beach, the Customer Service Agent team helps shape the experience from the moment passengers and crew arrive. This is a role for someone who enjoys helping others, communicating with warmth and professionalism, and creating a smooth, welcoming experience in a fast-moving aviation environment.

What this role can look like

As a Customer Service Agent, you may be the first person a passenger or crew member meets and the one they remember most. You may help coordinate service requests, answer questions, support transportation and catering arrangements, work with internal teams and vendors, and help make sure each interaction feels polished, responsive, and personal. We are especially interested in people who care about service, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy finding thoughtful ways to help.

Experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, airline operations, front desk, retail, healthcare, concierge, or other customer-facing roles can translate very well here. You do not need direct FBO experience to spark our interest.

Compensation and schedule

The expected hourly range for this opportunity is $21.00-$22.00 per hour , depending on location, experience, and alignment with the role.

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so flexibility is important. If there are schedule restrictions or availability considerations we should know about, we encourage you to share them in your application.
