Job summary

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking a Fatherhood Initiative Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation and evaluation of fatherhood and co-parenting programs across the state. You will partner with community organizations and state agencies to promote evidence-based programming with CQI focus.

Responsibilities include providing technical assistance, data collection and analysis, onboarding funded partners, monitoring implementation, and preparing annual impact reports.

Qualifications

• Three years of full-time or equivalent experience in program management, administration or coordination.
• Substitutions allowed with degrees as described in the job posting.
• Education toward such a degree may be prorated.

Responsibilities

• Participate on evaluation teams and assist in vendor evaluation on funded projects.
• Provide technical assistance, coaching, and implementation support to organizations.
• Onboard and orient newly funded organizations and develop workplans.
• Monitor and document program implementation and TA supports.
• Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, invoices and contracts.
• Coordinate meetings/events and maintain attendance and logistics.
• Foster partnerships and facilitate communication to strengthen father engagement.
• Prepare annual reports with data summaries and recommendations.
• Provide CQI support by monitoring data and guiding improvements.
• Develop surveys and data collection processes to measure program outcomes.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain and share resources, templates, and trainings for fatherhood initiatives.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Massachusetts.
• Represent the Children’s Trust on committees and workgroups as needed.
• Deliver trainings as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
