Job summary

Regal Rexnord invites ambitious graduates to join its two-year rotational program in the Milwaukee area. You will rotate through three eight-month assignments across key supply chain functions, gaining broad exposure to end-to-end operations.

The program emphasizes hands-on ownership of high-visibility projects, mentorship from experienced leaders, and a clear path to meaningful full-time opportunities upon completion. Mobility and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Rising senior or recent graduate with strong academic performance; anticipated graduation Winter 2026 / Spring/Summer 2027.
• Prior co-op, internship, project, or work experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, operations, or manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ERP systems or data visualization tools a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and practical recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships and develop strategic sourcing recommendations for senior leadership.
• Conduct data-driven cost analyses and support negotiations for direct and indirect materials.
• Serve as a plant-level buyer to improve supplier performance across quality, delivery, service, and cost.
• Support transportation optimization, carrier management, freight auditing, and logistics improvements.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret ERP data to monitor KPIs, identify spend patterns, and flag risks.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and strengthen standard work.
• Deliver formal report-outs summarizing project results and business impact.
