Job summary

Regal Rexnord is offering a two-year Supply Chain Rotation Program headquartered in Milwaukee, WI, with three eight-month assignments across indirect/direct materials, planning, logistics, and more. You will gain end-to-end exposure, mentorship, and leadership development while delivering on high-visibility projects.

Participants will rotate through major supply chain functions, including SIOP, procurement, and materials planning, with travel up to 30% and potential full-time opportunities upon

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Rising senior or recent graduate with strong academic performance; anticipated graduation Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027.
• Prior co-op, internship, project, or work experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, operations, or manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems or data visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the confidence to present ideas, updates, and recommendations to leaders.
• Self-starter who is curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships and develop sourcing recommendations for senior leadership
• Conduct data-driven cost analyses and support negotiations for direct and indirect materials
• Serve as a plant-level buyer to improve supplier performance across quality, delivery, service, and cost
• Support transportation optimization, carrier management, freight auditing, and logistics performance improvements
• Extract, analyze, and interpret ERP data to monitor KPIs, identify spend patterns, and flag operational or supplier risk areas
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen standard work
• Deliver formal report-outs that summarize project results, insights, business impact, and recommended next steps
