84 Lumber is hiring immediately for a Manager Trainee to launch a rewarding leadership career in a full-time store environment. The program provides hands-on training across store operations with a clear path to management based on performance and availability.

Within 6–12 months, strong performers may receive promotions and compensation increases; relocation for management roles is encouraged. No prior experience is required as the company invests in you.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included).
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Payroll, invoicing, inventory and POS systems.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; training provided.
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists.
• Responding to customer inquiries.
