Within 6–12 months, promotion to supervisory roles is possible based on performance, with potential pay increases up to 40%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included).
• No previous experience required.
• Willingness to relocate for a future management position.

Responsibilities

• Payroll, invoicing, inventory and POS systems.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Interpreting and analyzing common financial reports.
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists.
