84 Lumber is hiring for a Manager Trainee. This full-time entry-level role provides hands-on training across store operations with a goal of promoting to a management position.

Within 6–12 months, performance and availability allow for promotion, potentially increasing pay. No experience is required; dedication and willingness to learn are welcomed. Training covers sales, operations, estimation, and more.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Availability: Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included)

Responsibilities

• Payroll, Invoicing, Inventory and POS Systems
• Microsoft Office Suite (previous experience preferred)
• Interpreting and analyzing common financial reports
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists
• Responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers
