Qualifications

• Ability to work irregular hours, including 45+ hours per week, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Train with store management to run a single-unit operation efficiently and profitably.
• Assist the Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and employee development.
• Maintain customer service standards and resolve issues professionally.
• Direct shifts to maximize productivity and manage schedule adherence.
• Support inventory, deposits, and daily paperwork as required.
• Communicate store results and operational updates to the team.
