Expected to work about 50 hours per week with weekly pay, and to learn operations from the c-store management team for eventual full responsibility. The position emphasizes safety, loss prevention, and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school level education or equivalent required.
• Over 1 year up to 3 years of retail experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to work irregular schedule including 40+ hours per week and some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Understand how to perform financial analysis and attain store sales, profits, and margins.
• Assist in protecting assets and manage inventory per guidelines.
• Provide superior customer service and follow up on requests.
• Develop employees through training and CDP certification.
• Maintain safety practices and report incidents.
• Adhere to regulations and company policy.
• Operate cash register and related equipment daily.
