Affordable Home Furnishings is seeking a motivated leader to join our Fast Track Store Manager program. This role, with relocation potential for advancement, pays $40,000–$50,000 to start and offers a pathway to $50K–$75K per year as a manager.

You’ll learn all aspects of the business from sales to operations while working with experienced managers. You’ll gain hands-on experience in leading a team, managing accounts, and driving showroom performance, with the goal of ultimately running your own

Qualifications

• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Sales experience is required.
• Collections or account management experience is preferred.
• Rent-to-own experience is a major plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to assist with lifting and moving furniture and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of store operations.
• Lead by example in sales and customer service.
• Help manage customer accounts and collections.
• Train and motivate team members.
• Set up and maintain showroom displays.
• Monitor inventory and merchandise flow.
• Assist with deliveries, pickups, and warehouse operations.
• Help recruit, coach, and develop employees.
