Affordable Home Furnishings in Denham Springs, LA is launching a Manager-in-Training program designed for individuals with retail or rent-to-own experience who want to advance into a Store Manager role.

In this fast track program you’ll learn every part of the business—from sales and collections to inventory, deliveries, and team leadership—while working closely with experienced managers.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Sales experience required.
• Rent-to-own experience is a major plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of store operations.
• Lead by example in sales and customer service.
• Help manage customer accounts and collections.

Affordable Home Furnishings is looking for a motivated leader to join our Fast Track Store Manager program. This position is designed for individuals with retail, sales, or rent-to-own experience who want to grow into a Store Manager role.

You’ll learn every part of the business—from sales and collections to inventory, deliveries, team leadership, and daily operations—while working directly with experienced managers.

What You’ll Do
