Job summary

Affordable Home Furnishings is seeking a motivated individual for our Manager-in-Training program in the United States. Pay range is $40,000–$50,000 per year, with a clear path to running a store in the future.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, collections, inventory, deliveries, and daily operations while working with seasoned managers to grow into a Store Manager role.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Sales experience required.
• Collections or account management experience preferred.
• Rent-to-own experience is a major plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

Affordable Home Furnishings is looking for a motivated leader to join our Fast Track Store Manager program. This position is designed for individuals with retail, sales, or rent-to-own experience who want to grow into a Store Manager role.

You’ll learn every part of the business-from sales and collections to inventory, deliveries, team leadership, and daily operations-while working directly with experienced managers.

What You’ll Do
