Affordable Home Furnishings invites motivated individuals to join our Fast Track Store Manager program as a Manager-in-Training in Baton Rouge. This role provides hands-on learning across sales, collections, inventory, and daily operations while working with experienced managers to prepare for a Store Manager position.

Ideal candidates have retail, sales, or rent-to-own experience, strong leadership, and a customer‑focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Sales experience required.
• Collections or account management experience preferred.
• Rent-to-own experience is a major plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move furniture and appliances.

Responsibilities

Affordable Home Furnishings is looking for a motivated leader to join our Fast Track Store Manager program. This position is designed for individuals with retail, sales, or rent-to-own experience who want to grow into a Store Manager role.

You’ll learn every part of the business-from sales and collections to inventory, deliveries, team leadership, and daily operations-while working directly with experienced managers.
