Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and pricing according to corporate standards.
• Assist in all aspects of inventory management and store controls.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and secure deposits.
• Ensure clean, well-stocked stores and a safe environment for customers and employees.
• Review operating statements to identify trends and opportunities.
