Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is launching an accelerated Management & Sales Training Program in Florida to prepare you for Store Management within 18–24 months. With a promote-from-within approach, you will have the chance to advance to an Assistant Store Manager role after completing the initial 8-week training.

The program runs a 44-hour weekly schedule which may include evenings and weekends, and involves leading a million-dollar business in collaboration with store management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must have at least a bachelor’s degree by the start of the program.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Complete training and support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build and maintain knowledge of all products to recommend effectively.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and merchandising standards.
• Partner with Store Manager to make outside sales calls to increase market share.
• Respond to and resolve customer and/or employee complaints.
