Total Quality Logistics is offering a Fast Track Sales Program designed to jumpstart your career in a fast-paced sales environment in Cincinnati, OH. The program includes six months of hands-on training with seasoned Logistics Account Executives and a relocation package to Cincinnati, with the potential to relocate to any of TQL's 60+ offices after training.

You will compete daily in a high-energy environment, develop negotiaton skills, and build your book toward a six-figure earning potential

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers and resolve freight issues.
