Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in Cincinnati offers a Fast Track Sales Program designed for high-potential individuals who want to move faster and earn more than traditional entry-level paths. You will relocate to Cincinnati for hands-on training, with a comprehensive relocation package, housing allowance and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

During training you’ll build a solid book of business, gain direct coaching, and have the opportunity to relocate nationwide after proving your success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and meet sales metrics to become eligible for commission.
• Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
