Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Monitor and assist in training staff to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent and manage store operations alongside the Store Manager.
• Open/close the store, handle cash, and protect assets.
• Oversee inventory, loans, merchandising, and reports to drive profitability.
• Communicate store goals and ensure adherence to standards.
