Qualifications

• Store Manager Trainee requires 6+ months of store management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends.
• Must be willing to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work in multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner and rapidly addressing customer issues.
• Monitor and assist in the training of Pawnbrokers so their development meets the prescribed FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent by sourcing candidates through company-prescribed channels.
• Opens and closes the store, including cash drawers and merchandise handling, following asset protection procedures.
• Ensures asset protection through inventory control, safety procedures, documentation, and securing customer loans.
• Administer processes: inventory, loan management, merchandising, store presentation, and reporting.
