FirstCash is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to advance into Store Management. External retail managers with 1+ year experience qualify. Earn $22.00 to $29.00 per hour with additional earnings from commission based on productivity and a bonus tied to store performance.

Responsibilities include leading a team, driving sales, controlling inventory, and maintaining customer relations in a fast-paced environment. Paid vacation, benefits, and earned wage access are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail management experience or higher
• Ability to supervise and train staff
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
