Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Rental Sales Management Trainee in Holland, MI. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (business administration or similar related degree).
• One year or more customer service with issues resolution experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate (intermediate).

Responsibilities

• Handle sales processes for inbound and outbound calls.
• Maintain current and accurate data in the marketing database.
• Generate rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads.
• Manage all rental asset processes including vehicle Pm and cleanliness standards.
• Meet overall Ryder market share by executing sales and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with all regulations.
• Reconcile customer concerns to grow relationships.
