• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 1+ year of customer service with issues resolution preferred.
• Intermediate computer literacy.
• Travel: None.

Responsabilidades

• Handle sales and process for inbound calls and outbound solicitations.
• Maintain current and accurate data in the marketing database.
• Generate rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads.
• Manage rental asset processes including vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.
• Aim to meet Ryder market share by executing sales and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal and other regulatory agencies.
• Reconcile customer concerns to maintain and grow relationships.
