Qualifications

• General Manager or equivalent experience is required.
• Extensive operational experience including proven ability to lead and develop small teams, hit goals consistently, and execute day-to-day upkeep of facilities and/or equipment.
• A degree in an applicable field may substitute for operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Mike’s Purpose and deliver on the Team Member Promise.
• Satisfy customers by maintaining wash quality, staffing, and handling complaints.
• Develop the management team through regular performance check-ins and coaching.
• Develop wash associates with orientation, training, and weekly coaching.
• Maximize location profitability by budgeting with the Area Director and managing costs.
• Ensure operational excellence with timely OPEX and OEE follow-ups.
• Create a safety-conscious culture with training and safety meetings.
• Attend Ops meetings to stay updated with company information.
