Hertz Local Edition seeks a Manager In Training in California to develop leadership skills in sales, operations, customer service, finance, and fleet management. The program offers a defined path to Branch Manager within 12–18 months and hands-on exposure across critical store functions.

You’ll earn $18 per hour with overtime eligibility and comprehensive benefits as you learn every aspect of the business in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support achievement of location sales goals.

• Assist with store operations and compliance.
• Support team with miscellaneous tasks including cleaning and preparing vehicles for customers.
