Responsibilities

• Team up with managers to keep rental agencies humming and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Monitor fleet and inventory to match customer demand and keep reservations on track.
• Open and close rental contracts, adjust details, and print manifests.
• Promote add-ons to boost sales, such as insurance, GPS, or vehicle upgrades.
• Coach and mentor crew to build skills and keep motivation high.
