Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Elkins/Buckhannon, WV area. As a Manager in Training, you’ll learn every facet of our mobility business—from sales and customer service to operations—with a clear path to leadership of a branch.

The program includes training, mentoring, and a culture of promotion from within. A Bachelor’s degree and drive to excel in a fast-paced retail environment are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 6 months in customer service, leadership or sales.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Enterprise Mobility business through the Management Training Program at a neighborhood branch.
• Develop the skills to run your own Enterprise branch and lead a team.
• Deliver excellent customer service while growing sales, marketing, finance and operations knowledge.
