Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program at our Ripley, WV location. This MT program develops you across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with a path toward running your own branch.

You will receive training, mentoring and promotions from within, working to put customers first while building relationships with clients and the local community. Bachelor’s degree and six months of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales.
• Valid driver's license with limited moving violations in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one as part of the Management Training program.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while training to run a branch.
• Develop team members, cultivate new business, and manage operations.
• Prioritize customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations to drive success.
