Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Harrisburg, PA. You will begin learning the business from day one, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and aiming to eventually run your own branch with a developing team.

You will receive guided mentoring, hands-on training in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, and exposure to a culture of internal promotion. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within one semester of graduation.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Work toward running a branch and developing a team within the program.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful.
