SIXT offers a 12-month Management Trainee Program designed to fast-track you into real leadership roles across the United States. From day one you’ll gain hands-on experience, assume early responsibility, and aim for a leadership position after graduation.

You will explore Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management while receiving training in communication, conflict resolution and problem-solving. Expect up to 50% travel and a company car after program completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality and Management.
• You are ambitious, curious and proactive, ready to roll up your sleeves and grow fast.
• Strong English communication skills; other languages a plus.
• You work independently, solve problems and take ownership.
• Willing to travel within the United States; up to 50% travel in year one; not fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Take on responsibility early in the 12‑month program and support operational goals.
• Gain insights into Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management.
• Work in day‑to‑day operations from day one and receive training in communication, conflict resolution, sales, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job.
