Total Quality Logistics (TQL) invites recent graduates to join its Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati. You will receive six months of hands‑on training from seasoned Logistics Account Executives, learn to solve client needs, and build a book of business while earning a base salary plus sign‑on bonus and housing allowance.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time‑sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands‑on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and meet sales metrics to become eligible for commission.
• Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
