Qualifications

• No prior experience required; restaurant experience a plus.
• Ability to work quickly and stay organized during high-volume, fast-paced service.
• Strong communication skills with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Basic knowledge of the menu or willingness to learn to describe dishes and allergens.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately match tickets to plates and deliver food to the correct table and seat.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to confirm order accuracy, timing, and any special requests before running food.
• Check each plate for presentation and temperature before it leaves the kitchen; flag issues.
• Deliver food promptly to maintain quality and minimize wait times.
• Announce and describe dishes to guests when delivering.
• Communicate allergy and special-request information clearly to the kitchen and confirm with guests.
