Miskiri Hospitality Group is hiring a Food Runner to deliver food swiftly from the kitchen to guest tables and to assist servers in a fast-paced dining room. No prior experience is required, but restaurant experience is a plus and helps you learn the menu quickly.

You will verify orders with the kitchen, describe dishes to guests, and help maintain cleanliness of expo lines and dining stations. The role involves nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; restaurant experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately match tickets to plates and deliver food to the correct table and seat.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to confirm order accuracy, timing, and any special requests before running food.
• Check each plate for presentation and temperature standards before it leaves the kitchen; flag issues to the kitchen team.
• Deliver food promptly to maintain quality and minimize wait times.
• Announce and describe dishes to guests when delivering.
• Communicate allergy information clearly to kitchen and guests when handing off allergen-safe dishes.
• Assist servers with refilling drinks, clearing plates, and resetting tables as needed.
• Support bussers and servers during high-volume periods to keep the dining room moving.
• Maintain expo line, tray stands, and food-running stations.
• Communicate table or order issues to management promptly.
