Responsibilities

• Accurately match tickets to plates and deliver food to the correct table and seat.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to confirm order accuracy and timing before running food.
• Check each plate for presentation and temperature standards.
• Deliver food promptly to maintain quality and minimize wait times.
• Announce and describe dishes to guests when delivering.
• Communicate allergy and special-request information clearly to the kitchen.
• Assist servers with refilling drinks, clearing plates, and resetting tables.
• Support bussers and servers during high-volume periods.
• Maintain cleanliness of the expo line, tray stands, and running stations.
• Communicate table or order issues to management promptly.
