No prior experience is required, but restaurant exposure helps. You’ll work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed and learn menu details to describe dishes accurately.

Qualifications

• Openness to learning and fast execution in a lively dining room.
• Ability to communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Comfort with standing for long periods and handling multiple plates.

Responsibilities

• Accurately match tickets to plates and deliver food to the correct table and seat.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to confirm order accuracy and timing before running food.
• Announce dishes to guests and describe specials when delivering.
• Assist servers with refilling drinks, clearing plates, and resetting tables as needed.
• Maintain expo line and food-running stations clean and organized.
