Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Managing Partner in Training in the United States (Texas/Leander area). You will lead a high-energy team, drive profitability, and ensure top-tier member service while upholding brand standards and compliance.

The role demands recruiting, coaching, and hands-on operational ownership to accelerate growth and community impact. You'll join a fast-growing franchise with robust perks, rapid advancement, and a culture built on hustle, health, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience preferred.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 members preferred.
• Experience with hiring, onboarding, promoting and removal of team members.
• Experience in Labor management and inventory control.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to take assertive action to accomplish objectives and solve problems.
• Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow business.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite or similar software.
• Ability to invest financially in Managing Partner opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Ensure timely member resolutions and focus on retention.
• Monitor and scoreboard performance of staff to meet KPI standards.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard amazing talent.
• Coach and develop team to drive sales performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to members.
• Maintain a clean, crisp facility operating 24/7.
• Monitor payroll and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing.
