North American Risk Services (NARS) seeks a Fast Track Unit Manager to lead the fast track claims unit, supervise and develop adjusters, and ensure quality outcomes.

You will oversee participants' caseloads, monitor progress, and drive licensing within 90 days, preparing staff for advancement across multiple lines.

This role emphasizes compliance with state statutes, client handling guidelines, and NARS Best Practices, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in claims adjusting or claims management.
• Supervisory, training, or mentoring experience preferred.
• Claims designation (AIC, ARM, CPCU, SCLA, or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Fast Track unit and its adjusters.
• Oversee participants' caseloads and monitor progress toward licensure within 90 days.
• Ensure unit files comply with state statutes, guidelines, and NARS Best Practices.
• Perform other duties, including travel as needed.

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree or higher preferred.
• Must have 5+ years of overall claims adjusting and/or claims management experience, preferably in multiple business lines.
• Prior supervisory, training, or mentoring experience preferred.
• Claims designation (AIC, ARM, CPCU, SCLA, or other industry-related) preferred.
• Must possess or obtain a Florida Adjuster's license, and secure licensing in additional jurisdictions as needed.
