Job summary

North American Risk Services Inc. is seeking a Fast Track Unit Manager to lead, supervise, train, and develop fast-track claims adjusters.

You will oversee participants' caseloads, monitor progress, and ensure licensure within 90 days of hire, preparing staff for advancement across lines. You’ll ensure files comply with state statutes, Client Claim Handling Guidelines, and NARS Best Practices, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of claims adjusting and/or claims management experience.
• Prior supervisory, training, or mentoring experience preferred.
• Claims designation (AIC, ARM, CPCU, SCLA, or other) preferred.
• Must possess or obtain a Florida Adjuster's license, and licensing in additional jurisdictions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Fast Track unit—supervising, training, and developing fast-track claims adjusters.
• Oversee participants' caseloads, monitor progress, and ensure licensure within 90 days of hire.
• Ensure files are handled within state statutes, Client Claim Handling Guidelines, and NARS Best Practices.
