Job summary

City National Bank and Trust is seeking a Manager in Training to develop into a Branch Manager. The MIT role runs 30–60 days (in-house promotions) or 60–90 days for new MIT, followed by an expectations period.

Qualifications

• 4 years Management experience; banking or sales management experience a plus.
• 2 years goal-oriented sales experience, military and/or a college degree
• Previous cash handling, banking experience, or bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate performance of a sales and service leader with knowledge of retail services and selling techniques.
• Establish rapport with employees, customers, and prospects; coach and lead staff toward branch goals.
• Supervise and participate in 2-2-2 call initiative; support marketing promotions and campaigns.
• Oversee audits, security procedures, and branch finances; manage time cards and attendance.
• Address customer complaints and ensure satisfaction; interact with upper management as liaison.
