Job summary

SPEC Building Materials Corporation is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to develop leadership skills across all business segments and prepare for running a branch. The program covers customer service, product training, inventory and logistics, and sales training, with leadership development integrated throughout.

Successful candidates will complete comprehensive training and demonstrate the ability to manage branch operations and drive growth in a fast-paced, in-person environment.

Qualifications

Requires a 4-year BS in Marketing/Sales or Business.
Two years of industry experience in building materials preferred.
Must possess strong customer service and communication skills.
Legally entitled to work in the United States and able to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

Participate in training modules to learn all business areas.
Develop leadership skills to potentially run a branch in the future.
Support branch operations and customer service during training.
