Job summary

WRITER is hiring for a lead learning experience designer to own a fast-paced, high-volume track of short, just-in-time courses (15–45 minutes), built in three-week sprints or less. You will ship approximately 15+ courses per year, addressing specific workflows, tools, and AI topics, with live or virtual training as needed.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, and SMEs to gather requirements, maintain speed, and ensure alignment with WRITER's enterprise AI platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
• Ability to design learning in compact 15–45 minute formats.
• Comfort with rapid development cycles and short sprints.

Responsibilities

• Design and build standalone, 15–45 minute courses in short sprints.
• Own the full design lifecycle from needs analysis to publish.
• Deliver live and virtual trainings on built topics with high engagement.
• Repurpose content across delivery modes to maximize reach.
• Scan for emerging learning needs and balance proactive and reactive work.
• Partner with product, marketing, and SMEs to move courses quickly.
• Coordinate with other LXD team members to avoid duplication.
