Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute tasks from start to finish in a single store. You will manage planograms, signage, and price changes, and provide support for merchandise assembly and fixture setup while delivering legendary customer service.

Role requires reliable attendance, flexibility in shifts, and proactive communication with the District FAST Supervisor. Prior retail or merchandising experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on customer-first service

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations about work completed and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project measurements and price changes.
• Install and maintain store signage, including circulars and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Support customer service and act as a brand ambassador in-store.
