Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team. You will own and execute planograms, signage, price changes, and related merchandising tasks in a single store, while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and team members, perform store resets, install signage, assemble fixtures, and support daily operations. The role emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask.
