Job summary

Performance Food Group in Clanton, AL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to select cases and other items for customer orders in a multi-level warehouse. You will place items on pallets, load and ship orders with an electric pallet jack/forklift, and maintain safety and quality standards throughout the shift.

The role requires standing, lifting 10–35 lbs regularly, and occasional 60–100 lbs. Training starts at $16.35/hour with performance-based incentives and full benefits from Day 1.

Qualifications

• Experience working in high-volume, production-driven environments.
• Strong attention to detail, including the ability to identify variances, lot codes, and location numbers.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability, including consistent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures; keep the work area safe.
• Perform safety checks on equipment and wear required PPE.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location.
• Move pallets on a pallet jack and locate products for orders.
• Handle stock from pick slots and racks; use single/double pallets as directed.
• Transport completed orders to the shipping area and prepare for shipment.
